I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
Two thirty-minute sessions: one behavioral, one casing. Two separate interviewers, both with around two years of experience in the industry.
Behavioral section had the standard questions you would expect in an interview.
Casing section had questions revolved around finance.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Management consulting is an intensive field. What would you do if you were to face burnout?
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Milan) in May 2026
Interview
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
