The interview process itself was fairly standard, consisted of screener with the recruiter and 4 round with different members of the team.
However, the decision process is where the recruiter ghosted me after stating "internal circumstances" being unable to give a decision after the interviews and they would be in touch early Jan 2022. I emailed both the recruiter and a lead member of the team with no response. The mutual respect for candidates does not seem to be present where the proper closing of the interview process was not completed rather a set of ignored emails when prompting for a decision.
This process did not represent the Oliver Wyman brand well and also there was a lack of diversity in interviewers.
