Disorganized, a waste of everyone's time. One of the worst I have ever experienced. I would get invites to interview for positions I did not apply for and was not qualified for (such as speaking a particular foreign language) . After getting that resolved, I would get invites to schedule an interview, and I would select options, then people would call for the interview at times NOT selected and NOT confirmed and would be surprised that I was not available. This went on for about 6 weeks.

I applied online and then received a questionnaire to fill out with 3 questions, a typing test, some kind of test for the computer (I think?) And I needed to submit a video introducing myself via dropbox. Unfortunately I had a little trouble with the video and my computer is super old so I had difficulty with everything. But I never had a chance to explain this and was sent an email less than 24 hr later saying they're moving forward with other candidates. My computer wouldn't be an issue if I had been hired as I believe you're given one. I have over 16 years of experience and coach people daily with my current job and was shocked I wasn't selected to move forward. I wish I would have gotten the chance to explain things. It's a shame they missed out on an amazing candidate!!
