Interview
In the interview process, you will meet with 4 people normally. It is a long and tedious process that i believe took me 4 hours to complete because I had to wait for the next person to be available. You start with someone in human resources, then front office manager, then the director of rooms, and normally if you make it to the general manager you are good.

Interview
I had three interviews in about 1-2 weeks. The interviews felt professional, yet casual. I was very comfortable during all three. They called me about an hour after my third interview to offer me the job! I have been working there over a year now and it has been a fun ride along the way. You meet a lot of people in this sort of business, but your co-workers definitely become your family. They're my best friends now!

Interview
HR called and asked a few initial questions. Very basic questions, but did include salary requirements.
Second interview was called and had a strong focus on experience, but not necessarily in hospiality. Spoke with various department heads, all of who asked great questions, but only two really took notes.
