Twice over the past year, I have been called about applications that I have sent in. Both times, I was busy and was unable to answer, but called back within two hours and left a message. My messages were never returned. Is not being able to answer a call immediately a disqualifying factor? Are they looking for a quality candidate or just the first person who answers the phone?

Why call and leave messages that you never return?
The interview process was engaging and informative. I felt all of any inquires were answered and all pertinent job information was passed along to me. The interviewer was warm and welcoming.
Easy. They did ask if I was ok working the overnight and I said yes but it was not cool. Overnight is super boring. Wild not recommend but it is union so like be mind full you will have to work the overnight because you will be lowest in seniority
