I had an interview with HR manager about very general interview questions: my strenghts, weaknesses, goal in the 5 years... Then I have an other interview with the front desk managers. He gave me senario to see how quickly I can come up with the answer.

If the customers does not happy when staying at our hotel and when they check out they complain about the room, the service and asking for not being charged, what should you do?

Interview
They reached out to me after a few days and had me schedule an interview for the following week. Asked me a few questions about myself and told me we would cover the rest during the interview
This was pre-covid but it was fairly easy. I am not sure how they do it now but I met with the department leader and she asked me questions. Provided hypothetical questions for me to answer and asked about my experience

A recruiter called me to ask typical questions about my former employment and scheduled the interview the following day, went in for the interview hired at the end of the interview the process took two days. And I did accept the offer
