Simply phone interview. Just asked very basic questions. Really did not go into allot of behavioral interviewing questions. They were primarily concerned with my background as I had a tremendouse amount of experience and felt I was over qualified. I tried to emphasize that this was the job I wanted, and that it was what I enjoy. in the end however, it came down to the fact that she felt that the job would not be enough of a challenge for me.
