Very easy. Nice lady interviewed me. Hired on the spot. Everything went great. Then she showed me the area I would be working in and that’s it. Working environment very peaceful because I work alone which is perfect for me!!!!

Question 1
How long have I been a barista and other basic interview questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Irving, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
I showed up early for my interview chatted with the employees while waiting to meet managment. Finally met with 4 managers and they said will call you back for the final step. The last manager i met just was looking around while I was talking and it showed he was uninterested in to what I had to say.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2016
Interview
There was an online application which was pretty modest in length. Quickly heard a response and a background check was conducted. I received a call for an interview and interviewed with someone from HR, then a manager from Food and Beverage, then the director of Food and Beverage, then the General manager from the hotel. Overall the process was pretty robust and lengthy but provided a good opportunity to make connections right of the bat.
