Received a phone call for an in-person interview less than one day after submitting an application online. Met with one of the department supervisors who asked several very basic questions (why this company, why this particular position, how does your experience benefit this position, strengths and weaknesses, etc.). Very easy interview; possibly because they were short-staffed and I was over-qualified for this entry level position.
