Then, an in-person interview with the Executive Pastry Chef, followed by a phone interview with the Executive Chef. Also, if you have a lot of experience, I would express this when it comes time to discuss money. They met me halfway because of my experience. Then, you will get an email saying they hired you, along with a start date. There will also be tasks you have to complete online before your start date.
