In the end, and most importantly, they never got back to me after going through weeks of work in the interview process. It was unprofessional, to say the least, not to mention the fact that the job required a move and I had already started to plan for that. I had to contact them to find out that they had already hired someone else. 5 hours of online testing. I completed this because they said that they were at the point that they wanted to make an offer. They said that my testing scores were excellent, but did not make an offer. One phone screening, very short, mostly used to schedule the in-person meeting. Two group interviews. They were conversational and not very technical.
