They started with a 20-30mins phone interview and then after I was invited to come in for an interview with the branch Manager. I interviewed at two branches and each one had two people present, the manager and the assistant manager. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk with and asked a variety of questions.

Comfortable, and direct. Very to the point about what is required and what you will be doing in your position if hired. This is the second time I came back to onpoint because I knew it was a great company to work for.
