Great interview process and responsive recruiter. Personality and technical questions. It was more of a conversation and not interrogation. Covered all areas from conflict resolution and presentation skills. You could tell that personality and attitude were also important for team work experience.
Initial recruiter call for expectations and interview scheduling
Two practice lead calls to test product and platform knowledge
Call with HR to determine core values and culture fit
Overall, the process took a month to complete
