Asked about any gaps in my employment. Have resume and filled out application. Interviewed by team of 2. One person asked the questions and one took lots of notes. Was given a typing test. Given tour of call center. Called back for second interview. Went over same questions as first interview. Training of 6 weeks was required. Have to meet a certain passing score to remain employed.

The interview took only about 15 to 20 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant to talk to. There were not a lot of unnecessary questions asked. I liked that the interviewer explained what the next steps were in the process if selected.

Easy straight forward interview. The interview is done over the phone and It lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked only 4 technical questions. The rest of the time, they explain the pay and a little bit of what you will do at the job.
