Their building is nice and most people I met at the in-person seemed nice enough, but their process is horrible. I can only think of one (smaller) organization that I had a worse overall experience with. The biggest issue is they do not communicate well during prescreening nor AT ALL post-interview. They currently have people who are not recruiters facilitating the recruiting process and all communication stops post-interview - you are left to assume you were not selected even if you email. As far as prescreening, the woman who scheduled my interview, an HRBP, was not friendly (did not even give me an opportunity to ask questions during prescreening, which was a full 30 minutes - she asked me questions nonstop) and the interview felt like she was checking boxes just to throw someone in the mix. She always seemed like she was in a huge rush. I think she hates her job & is probably on her way out. Since their general pay scale isn't competitive for corporate roles, I would think they would put more effort into ensuring people actually will want to work there. I walked away interested due to the organizational mission, but completely disappointed that the reflection of HR was not good. Their HR dept. is all over the place currently, and they appear super stressed. I absolutely do not recommend. To anyone in HR reading this, STAY AWAY! Not worth the time.
