It started with a phone call from HR, and then an invitation to speak with the manager at the branch which was a Basic Interview, he showed me around the lab and showed me how they processed the blood, which was pretty interesting! Afterwards, I was told to wait for a phone call from HR if I received an offer, which I did. It took about 1 month for the entire process because they send you to another city to train at a bigger branch.
