I interviewed for a similar position a year before and was completely ghosted after an interview. Very unprofessional. The company does wonderful work, though, and when a new position opened up later, I still reapplied. The steps were very unclear, as randomly, more interviews with different people seemed to be added. They stated multiple times that they are median employers and have teams dedicated to making sure that employees and candidates are given median compensation. I did receive an offer that was significantly lower than the median for my experience and for my area. I asked some questions regarding compensation for COBRA and the median levels I was seeing via my research. Rather than working with me, the offer was abruptly rescinded. The team was fully organised with their interview process. They were very responsive during the first few rounds of the interview. They maintained the timings and coordinated really well.It was a very nice experinece.
