I applied online. I interviewed at OneBlood (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was relatively smooth. What made my experience positive was the recruiter I had. She was kind and very responsive. The hiring manager and director that I interviewed with was okay. I felt like the interview went well, had the experience but unfortunately they were looking for something else.

Interview
Critical thinking and application questions. Be ready to answer information on data and theoretical trends. I'm sure it varies by who interviews you, but my interviewer threw some curveballs at me. Tested what I had on my CV/ resume for sure. But it was what was necessary for the job so makes sense. Besides that questions on if I was ok working weekends and holidays and what interests I had with the job and my future career.
