OneBlood interview questions

The hiring and interview process was easy. Very good communication but not quite accurate when explaining the job functions and working with your school schedule. They agree to everything during the interview and make it sound like it's a wonderful place to work and once you're hired you realize it's all a lie.

Very formal, no unexpected questions. Very personable interviewer. I interviewed with a supervisor and a manager. Interview was more of a personality test, but questions about my skills were asked. A tour of the facility was given. Very general questions were asked, and no IQ test or any paperwork was given.
