I applied on indeed and was pleased to hear back rather promptly. I interviewed initially over the phone with a recruiter who was very friendly and informative and was scheduled for an in-person interview about a week after. Finding parking was a nightmare but the in person interview wasn’t too rigorous.

Interview
She was very basic with the questions. Not entirely enthusiastic as she seemed almost bored to be there. I asked more questions and seemed more interested in the role and company than the interviewer.

A negative comment that an employer or past experience has said about you and how you pivoted to do better.
It was a phone screen and a in-person on site interview with the HR Director. Accepted the offer at first because they based on my experience with sales. Declined after seeing that you have to go to the office 5 days a week.
It was only one round of interviews and I did mine over Zoom. The process itself was fairly quick and just consisted of a couple behavioral questions. They mainly wanted to see if you were a good fit for a sales role.
