I interviewed with a Manager who happened to be new in her role, and another representative who I had no idea what her job title was. I have over 15 years experience managing accounts. Although the Manager complimented me on the knowledge that I shared as questions were asked, I believe there may have been an ounce of intimidation as I express my desire for a leadership position within the next few years. The other representative was trying her best to sell the company, however, things took a turn because she quickly started to trash talk a certain department. It was the most unpleasant interview I’ve ever had (I have interviewed applicants for the company I currently work for). I was asking myself, is this really happening as the lady continued to speak. Maybe it was the coffee- bless her heart. They pretty much ghosted me. Honestly, it was a blessing because after the interview I was no longer interested as the ladies who interviewed me was not very organized.

Interview process was very long and took a couple of months. Was unclear what next steps were and had delayed responses. It also took time to receive follow up emails when I sent communications.
