The process was seamless, quick, and efficient. They don't waste time asking you too much about your experience or background, they care mainly about your character and work ethic. I had 2 interviews and was offered after meeting with the hiring manager.

Interview
One phone screening and one in person. Both recruiter and interviewer were nice. I would plan on getting there early as I found finding affordable parking to be difficult and the you will need to check in at the front desk in the downstairs lobby. They gave me a tour of the office which seemed nice.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after submitting an application. She held a brief introductory call regarding the role. She scheduled a formal interview with the hiring manager in the office. They interview took around half an hour, wasn't particularly difficult, and the recruiter reached out the following day to extend an offer.
