I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OneMain Financial (Wilmington, NC) in Aug 2017
Interview
First I was contacted over the phone for an initial screening. Next phase was an in-person interview at one of the local branches with the manager and district manager. They both asked me questions about myself and how I thought I was a good fit and about what classes I was taking. Overall it was not stressful and the two managers were very pleasant.
