I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneMain Financial in Dec 2009
Interview
Submitted an app online. I received a call back from HR specialist- scheduled a phone interview- approx 30 min. Then scheduled another phone interview approx 1 hour. After this there is a face to face with the Branch Manager then an interview with the District manager. Must have a clear credit report. All things must be paid. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit report that I was not aware of. Do to this they rescinded their offer. I challenged and sent a letter stating that this was not my account. I was cleared but by this time position was filled.

I applied online. I interviewed at OneMain Financial
Interview
Easy, average. Very informal. Two sets of interviews. One being with the district manager and the other with the regional director. Average time took roughly 3 weeks from interview to singing offer letter.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at OneMain Financial in Oct 2019
Interview
Very quick. Hired on the spot and didn’t really explain what the job entailed, just what the company has done. DM talked the whole time and a lot of the time was not about the job.

Basic questions about resume and what I’d done in my career.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OneMain Financial (Denver, CO) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online after reviewing their website and watching a 20 minute video. I researched starting salaries in my area and the data showed mid 40's. They outsource the initial interview to Kelly and I immediately received an invite to schedule a phone interview. I did. The interviewer was late and disorganized and asked if she could call me back. I graciously said yes and waited while I juggled my schedule to accommodate her.

Question 1
We didn't really get to the interview as she started with my salary expectations. I had answered some pre interview questions she sent via email. While I hate discussing previous salaries as I am taking a step down in income but really need a job. She said mid 30's and it appears that if this is a cold call sales role, commissions are only paid when goals are met. I spoke to two former employees who were much younger and used this role as a stepping stone for better roles with other companies and they said the goals were unattainable.
