I applied online. I interviewed at OneMain Financial (Newnan, GA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview, then a face to face interview. I was told I would be contacted whether I was hired or not. I never heard another word and was unable to reach the recruiter or hiring manager afterward. As a 20 year finance professional, I found the entire process to be unstructured and unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you feel you would be a good fit for this position?
Why are you looking for a new job?
Phone interview via recruitment/HR then in person interview with branch manager followed by final interview with district manager. Very pleasant experience waiting on background check to come through. Already have start date.

Interview
The interviewer is a red flag.
1,He was late for the interview over 15 minutes, but he didn't apologize, he made some excuse instead.
2,He whined about one of his employees in my face, he called that employee a bottom producer,
3,He showed me the payslips of his employees and the loan applications of his customers, I could see how much his employees make, the names, address, SSNs and income of his customers, which should not have been revealed to outsiders like me.
4, He tried to pry my age by asking "how old were you when you came to the US?"
The same as everywhere, can't say it was any different or special. I had 3 interviews before I heard anything. It was very professional, very organized, well thought out. They ask about prior work experience
