Just had phone interview after passing personality test. Applied directly to citi website. Interviewer asked many of the same questions posted on glassdoor, so if you read them you should be prepared. Be prepared to tell them you salary requirements within the first few seconds of the call. Then be prepared for them to low-ball you. They offred 25k-31k/yr, which is much less than others in the position are reporting. I have more education and experience than the job posting required, so go figure...

I applied online and got a call about 3 weeks later from a recruiter. About 2 weeks after that I got a call from the DM and was asked to come for an interview with her and the Branch Manager. I did a normal interview with them and was told they'd be choosing someone within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later (today)I was called back with an offer from another recruiter. I was told I'd be getting info in the mail for fingerprinting and drug testing. I haven't started working there but did accept the position. Everyone so far has been so nice, helpful and very pleasant. I'm very excited to start working there.
