Had a phone screen that felt positive and ended with the recruiter saying I'd hear back in the next day or so, but then they completely ghosted me. They didn't respond to me over email and I only found out I wasn't selected because I routinely checked my application status in the portal and a month after the initial interview it was finally updated to not selected.
