A recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn wanting to know if I would be interested in the position. After a 30 minute phone call, I was invited in for an interview the next week. The interview included a brief tour of the offices (they're pretty impressive), a 30 minute meeting with the hiring manager, and 20-25 minutes with the CFO. The interview questions were focused on getting to know me and my accomplishments. Everyone in the company throughout the process was very kind and helpful, and it was clear that the company had an awesome culture. Only downside was the radio silence after the interview. I was told that I would receive a response within a week. After two weeks, I reached out to the recruiter to check on the status but never received a response back.
