Why do I have to provide any information to restore my account. Should I simply create a new one?!?!?

I didn't have any calls from HRs. Person from QA department sent me an email and asked to make a call regarding the position. During our conversation he required manager's skills, asked questions that don't match to the position. He demotivated, humiliated and gave unsolicited advices and feedbacks about me at the very first interview.
