Very drawn out and disappointing process. 1 phone screen, 1 video interview, and 1 in person, all over a month and a half. Enjoyed my conversations with everyone, but after being told I would hear back on the final decision, I had to reach out twice over a few weeks and was then told that they went with someone else. However, was informed that they were interested in having me fill a different role and would be in contact soon. Reached out twice again and was ultimately told it was not moving forward another month later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Onterris (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
e-mail and then a phone conversation with HR and then the manager. Was a little chaotic in that they didn't answer right away and the e-mails got buried in my inbox
