Initial unexpected phone interview led to several interviews within the company at peer then management levels. Some gaps between interviews but reasonable expectations for next contact were set early in the process. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly. Although I suspect my current compensation dissuaded them from extending an offer, I was so impressed by their commitment to staff and clients that I would have accepted less to be part of the team. Maybe next time! Great product and plan for the future, coupled with a caring culture is not the norm these days.
Very professional and through , questions were looking at experience with Team dynamics and metric driven performance. Interview process consisted of 2 interviews . The interviewers updated me as progressed through the process all very professional.
