Difficult- interviews with several people/departments. There is a role play involving motivational interviewing. The job description only says MI experience helpful. However if you don’t have experience using motivational interviewing you will not do well in the role play
Three interviews, telephonic, lengthy. They give you scenarios where your the health coach and the interviewer is the patient and they assess your telephonic health coach skills. The last interview with the manager was ridiculous, she didn’t know how to professionally give feedback.
