I was brought in for 3 rounds of interviews over the course of almost 2 months. I was not kept informed of the job status. At one point before my 3rd interview, they had hired a temp and not told me. When I was brought in for the 3rd interview, it was under the pretense that I was the sole/final candidate. I was wrong. They were interviewing others. After 3 rounds of interviews and having met with the executive management team, they didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me I wasn't selected. I received a casual and offhanded email from them saying that they moved forward with another candidate. No explanation. Nothing. Awful!
