I applied online and was contacted a few days later by a recruiter with Onward. We had a back and forth (a few emails) about setting up a time to chat. Interviewer sent one day, then sent another follow-up saying she meant another and with the calendar invite for the actual day/time. No big deal, it happens. Or so I thought. I missed the slot by about 20 minutes. Followed up with a phone call that went to voice mail and an email. No response. I get it, I did miss the time. However, it seemed like that maybe the interviewer did get the initial day wrong and it could have been a significant inconvenience for me under different circumstances. I take it as a sign that it was not a good connection but attention to detail applies to both sides.
