OpenAI Administrative Assistant interview questions

Recruiter prescreen, take home assignment and then like 3 VCs (the last VC was literally the final step). I wasn’t told till the very end, “oh the team decided to change what they wanted.” Do not go through the whole entire process with a candidate if you already knew what you wanted from the get-go. You not only wasted your time but my time.
