The process was composed of 4 interviews: 1 - Human resources, pretty standard 2 - Team Engineering manager, semi technical, straight forward 3 - Panel technical interview, mainly technical questions about related technologies, problem solving skills and architectural questions, not that complex and the people involved made an effort to make it a relaxed environment 4 - Interview with the VPE, semi technical, mostly focused on soft and communication skills
