OpenGov Senior Software Engineer I interview questions

4 Rounds: 1. Coding + Technical Interview [ Coding round, Data structure, Kafka, Java, Project based] 2. Design + Coding Interview [ Project based, design+code , was pretty doable ] 3. Manager Round [Partially technical, existing experience] 4. Director Round [Partially technical to understand approach]

I was contacted by a recruiter who is very well organized. I was in the loop entire time and provided me guidance whenever I needed. The first round was high level technical discussion on what the company vision is, job responsibilities, etc. Second round had two phases: One technical and another architectural discussion. Technical round was medium diff leetcode. Here the interviewer seemed in rush. Second was broad discussion on architecture design. I felt like the interviewer had already some thoughts on "how things should be" rather than hearing "what are other ways to achieve desired result". After a day, I was told that they are not moving forward which I expected based on experience.
