I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OpenGov (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who is very well organized. I was in the loop entire time and provided me guidance whenever I needed.
The first round was high level technical discussion on what the company vision is, job responsibilities, etc.
Second round had two phases: One technical and another architectural discussion. Technical round was medium diff leetcode. Here the interviewer seemed in rush. Second was broad discussion on architecture design. I felt like the interviewer had already some thoughts on "how things should be" rather than hearing "what are other ways to achieve desired result".
After a day, I was told that they are not moving forward which I expected based on experience.
