I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at OpenText (Waterloo, ON) in Jun 2020
Interview
I was reached through LinkedIn by a recruiter who asked if I was interested in a Java position. We set a phone interview and she called me 20 minutes late. Her first question was which language I was working on my current job, and when I answered, she immediately said I wasn't a fit for the position. She contacted me, she should have read my profile or at least checked my resume. Such a waste of time! But it gets worse. The same recruiter forwarded my resume to a different recruiter/position. We set a video chat and guess what? I waited for 25 minutes and no one showed up! My advice for this company is to hire better recruiters otherwise you will keep losing potential employees.
