I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenText (Gaithersburg, MD) in Dec 2020
Interview
Initial phone interview with recruiter was followed by phone interviews with hiring manager, director and peer. None of the interviews were video, which I found odd (but was happy for)! All conversations were pleasant.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at OpenText in Apr 2022
Interview
Good first interview, recruiter would have a discussion with the hiring manager ... give me a few days ... a week passed ... another week ... again ghosted by recruitment. #noisalsoananswer
