Interview
The interview process was very short and confusing. There were a total of 3 interviews and each was very straight forward just getting a feel for you and they answered most questions vaguely and never described the actual job until the 3rd interview. I asked questions such as "what will I be doing here" and got answers like "Well, we're one of the biggest sellers of Samsung Products etc" Not once did they mention Directv and that's what everyone there including myself was selling. Which IS NOT even remotely easy or lucrative. Most people either know someone who hates directv or they personally hate it or already are stuck in a contract.

Interview
Three interviews. First was very brief. Barely explained the dynamics of the company. Needed to do much Google researching after the interview because I left more confused than before the interview. Second interview was on location at a Menard's. I stood next to the team leader as he approached shopper's to have them sign up for DirectTV. Third interview was back at the main office with the owner. This is where he promised me an hourly salary and asked me to take the job. On the first day of work I was pushed to sign a paper granting me less per hour than discussed during the interview. For this, beware.
