Optiv Customer Success Manager interview questions

Although the interview process started out normal, it quickly became extremely unprofessional. After 3 rounds of interviews, I was supposed to interview with the Dept head. Right before the scheduled interview, they swapped him out with another interviewer that was obviously unprepared as he was trying to think of questions on the fly. He must have called from an IP phone because the voice kept cutting out which made it very hard to understand his questions. As for the HR recruiter, there's a very common theme on these Glassdoor interview posts....she goes completely dark if you're not offered the job! She even emailed me to setup another interview and then never responded after several replies from me. Given the amount of time I spent preparing and interviewing at Optiv, it should be common courtesy to inform candidates when they're going a different direction.
