I applied online via LinkedIn, and got the responsed email within 2-5 days. Everything is good. My English verbal skill is not good, so I failed on the second round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first round is an online coding test on Hackerank. I had to sovle 2 problems in 3 hours. The first problem is about string, quite ez. The second is harder, about backtracking. I just sovled half of the tests.
The second round is behavioural interview. The interviewer called from Shanghai. She is nice. She asked about my study, my projects, how I solved problems with team mates
The interviews consisted of an OA, then behavioural, then technical and thena final round consisting of another technical, system design and behavioural. These last interviews all an hour each. I only got up to the first technical.
OA; quite long, 3 tests
Behavioral interview: just a short talk with HR, motivation,…
Technical Interview 1: fundamental CS, nothing more
Technical Interview 2: system design, very vague but just go with the flow
Technical Interview 3: live coding, still leetcode but optiver style is a very descriptive problem, but the main thing could be boiled down into only few lines
