Interview
Round 1 & 2 Numerical test and sequence test. You only need to be really fast at simple calculations.
Round 3 A phone interview where they have a quite casual chat with you to find out about your personalities and more details
Round 4 A one-hour on-site technical and HR interview. Just be honest and present your personality. you will play a trading game in the technical part and answer some intellectual problems
Final round
Standard - tough maths questions on probabilities and different risk games.

spent about 1.5 months pretty much purely dedicated to preparing for interviews for all the pre-penultimate programs (Optiver, IMC, JS, SIG, Citadel, etc). I used these resources:
