Three interviews in total, assessment rounds that do not actually measure your working ability, recruiting team is totally incompetent and annoying. I actually liked the company but I couldn’t stand the recruiters and how rude they are so I declined the offer

Interview
Straight forward and the interviewers were nice and they were easy to discuss the role with. There were lots of conversational questions. I enjoyed meeting with my interviewers. Not sure what else to say.
Process had multiple steps too it, which is not too uncommon but the period between each was too long with little feedback in between. Preferably the time between interviews would be a lot less.
