      The online assessment was the standard assessment described online. It contains sections for arithmetic, sequences, quick games, probability, and a personality questionnaire. I've only done the online assessment so far.

      Difficult online assessment and behavioural interview. Asked lots of questions on expected value, probability, Markov chains, random walks, etc. Needed lots of quick mental maths to do well. Some market making games too.

      brief self introduction, then played market making game on the OA platform. asked detailed questions about EV calculation, confidence interval, trade decisions, and profit calculation. the pace was slower than expected, but everything asked was deeper than expected

      OA -> Behavioural->Cognitive 1 -> Cognitive 2 -> Final Round (1 HR Interview, 1 Technical). Behavioural interview quite standard but trading games played for Cognitive 1 and 2 rely on quick mental calculation of odds and implied probabilities
