I got declined after the first technical round in Oct 2024
IQ-esque online exam, with reaction time and risk-related games as well (most is on the internet). HR round was very nice, chatted about my leadership roles in uni; probably just filtering out anti-socialists. Technical round was actually pretty average in hindsight, 3 questions starting off with brainteaser, one game-solving, one prob-related question. I got a bit nervous and said "I think it's correct" instead of double checking my answers when the interviewer asked "are you sure" (and I was wrong)
Passed Multiple Rounds.
First was a long OA with coding and maths questions.
Then HR
Then technical interview with a quant researcher.
Then a data challenge then i had to present the results of my data challenge.
Failed at this round

HR screen focussed on team work a lot. Technical was not too difficult, I may have just lucked out with the questions. Final round discussed ML techniques and their assumptions
2:30 hr OA contains coding probability game and quick math. Then a market making game round. Need to be quick. Then will be another market making game round. Both asking questions to make market.
