I applied for a job at Optum and received an email that they wanted to interview me. After responding with available times, I never heard back. I sent a follow up email and never heard back. Finally, over two weeks later I hear back. The hiring process has been extremely unprofessional. I did a group interview with four people. One person was late and kept checking their phone before I could even introduce myself, two people were in very casual clothes. Overall, it was a waste of time. They never gave me a chance from the beginning.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2022
