4 rounds, recruiter kept me updated, honestly in most of the time the interviewer talked more than me, everyone was very pleasant. Ultimately role went to an internal candidate, but it was a very professional but slow process

Took 3 rounds of interviews and passed all of it.
I was told I was selected and asked for the 3 months payslip as part of their salary approval.
Waited a month, sent multiple follow ups regarding the status and they apologize that the job requisition has been upgraded to a higher grade level, hence the job application that I'm applying to will not push through.
Easy and enjoyable interview process however contract is technically managed by an outside vendor which takes a long time to get approved. Once approved there were no problems, this just wasn't transparent up front
Process was clear, there were 3 rounds. 1 HR, 1 with the manager and 1 was a panel round with 3/4 panelists. Avg response time between rounds was 1 week.
