I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Berkeley, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied online through the "Class Of Program" and there was a general phone screening, then phone interview, then in person interview which mostly consisted of behavioral questions and if a sales related career is right for you.
Received a call to schedule a screening from a recruiter, after the screen I was then scheduled for a final round but the recruiter called me and cancelled the interview because they filled the slot.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Madrid) in Jun 2023
Interview
Largo y tedioso. Empiezas con una entrevista por telefono rápida, tras esto, si pasas, te meten en una entrevista con 50 personas, donde formareis grupos y creareis algo en conjunto que luego expondreis al resto.
The interview process was 4 steps with various levels of employees from the team. I was had to complete a mock discovery call to walk through my process and communication
