Interview
The first step was a phone call with an HR representative. After that, there was a follow up formal interview with the director of the department. There was a 2 week waiting period in between the final interview and when the decisions were made. Overall, great interview experience.
The interview process was long and drawn out in my opinion. I had over 6 meetings and a technical interview. Overall the atmosphere was professional, but in the end, the offer was under what was discussed in the initial interview.

Different interviews with different managers through a two month period. Never heard back after a lengthy process from anyone at the company and I always followed up and sent thank you emails.
